Nancy Nga PhamAdministrative AssistantMy name is Nancy Nga Pham and I am the Administrative Assistant. I have been active in church ministry for over thirty years, and my experiences have taught me that serving the community is the best way to express God’s love. For me, the opportunity to serve is a blessing because I can work and personally connect with others to meet the needs of this parish within a multicultural context, continually growing in social and cultural awareness. Working at Our lady of La Vang Church, it is my philosophy and practice to execute all responsibilities in an effective and time efficient manner with good spirit and the greatest of willingness. I exert my efforts to meet the goals of the office team, even when those duties require going “the extra mile” (i.e. helping each other complete tasks, working late to meet upcoming deadlines, resolving counterproductive conflict, etc.). I am open to new ideas, welcome and encourage suggestions that may enhance the operations of this parish, as well as appreciate constructive input toward the unification of the community. I can whole-heartedly say, with God’s grace, that I always do my best and take pride in the work that I do. My hobbies aside from work include: cooking, eating out with family and friends, and shopping with my four daughters. |
